Troy M. Newman, M.D.

Dr. Troy Newman is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana. He completed his undergraduate at Louisiana State University in 1995, and received his medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in 2003. He completed an internship and his residency in ophthalmology at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2007.

Dr. Newman specializes in cataract surgery, LASIK refractive surgery, and general ophthalmology. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, and the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology.
